The Iida family threw a baby shower in Hawaii for Dana and Brent (my cousins due in August) and me and Kirk. They were sweet to do that since we weren't even there! They put together a cute book with parenting tips from the family...very funny...and gave us a huge basket full of books. Mom sent me a couple things already and will bring the rest with her when they visit in October.
My pregnancy has been coming along fine. At our 32 week visit, my belly measured 32 centimeters which is right on target. The belly measurement should correlate with the number of weeks...funny how that happens. We started taking our classes - infant CPR last weekend and 3 other classes to go. We also took a tour of the hospital birthing center this morning along with a million other pregnant women.
The baby's room is coming along. We bought the baby bedding so we could match paint colors. Kirk is busy prepping the room and plans to paint soon.

Hi Laurie & Kirk,
Like the new room. Hopefully Baby will use it? As you know, 1st the crib became a storage container, and now Allisons room is for storage?
